We are so excited to celebrate with our favorite people! Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will be noted as well as included in your RSVP selections. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our celebration intimate and special.

While we adore your little ones, our wedding weekend will be an adults-only affair (21+). We hope you’ll take this as a well-deserved weekend out to celebrate with us! Thank you for understanding and making arrangements in advance.

Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, seating, and settling in. We’ll be starting promptly, and we wouldn’t want you to miss a moment!

There will be a shuttle leaving from the Hotel at Avalon at 4pm sharp. Rideshare is highly encouraged, as the venue is easily accessible by Uber and other services. Valet parking will be available for your convenience; however, parking is very limited and vehicles may NOT be left overnight. We recommend allowing a little extra time for arrival to ensure a smooth start to the celebration.

Our wedding is Formal Attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear floor-length dresses and for the Gentlemen, suit and tie are required.
